FIG GOAT CHEESE PANNA COTTA

Yield: 11 servings if made in standard cupcake tins

Ingredients

7 oz CELEBRITY Fig Goat Cheese
3 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 oz sugar

Preparation

Cream together CELEBRITY Fig Goat Cheese, cream cheese and sugar. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and mix, making sure that all the power is combined. Pour the water into the cheese mixture and incorporate. Add the vanilla to your whip cream, and then fold the cream into the cheese mixture. Divide into molds and chill in refrigerator for a minimum of four hours.
