Torta de Aracena is produced in southwestern Spain in a small area of the Sierra of Aracena, province of Huelva. Tender and creamy, its pale orange rind encloses an ivory smooth paste that is very pleasant on the palate. It has an intense and persistent aroma that is backed up by a complex flavor with herbal and citric undertones.
